Our shop has been in Perth since 1832, and it's still in the Paterson family to this day. We are very proud of our heritage, and with a wide range of unique jewellery in stock, we have something for everyone.
As Scotland's gemstone specialists we are experts in rare and unusual gemstones such as padparadscha sapphires, sphene, kunzite and tourmaline. We also offer an extensive range of diamond jewellery, and our team of designers can help create your dream piece of jewellery.
We also carry out watch repairs on the premises, though most of the workshop space is now dedicated to the design and production of jewellery. Our skilled workshop team carry out repairs on customers’ jewellery, and also create bespoke items for customers and stock.
As well as designing and making our own range of jewellery, we stock a number of renowned jewellery brands, including Sheila Fleet, Fiorelli, Coeur De Lion, Ortak and Kit Heath. Our watch brands include Seiko, Certina, BOSS, Skagen and Rotary.
Every member of staff at T. Paterson Jeweller holds at least one Jewellery Education Training certificate from The National Association of Jewellers, and is expertly trained in all aspects of jewellery. Two of our staff members also hold gemmology qualifications from The Gemmological Association of Great Britain and four of our staff have also achieved diplomas from the Gemological Association of America, the world's most renowned gem lab.
We have been members of the National Association of Jewellers since 1963. The NAJ offers customers protection, reassurance of standards and confidence in staff, so you can always be sure of excellent service.
